Before contacting support

  • Confirm that “Display over other apps” is enabled for FloatOver.
  • Confirm that Android notification access is enabled for FloatOver.
  • Start playback in YouTube Music before opening the floating controls.
  • For a previous purchase, use “Restore purchase” while signed in to the same Google Play account.

Helpful details

Include the phone model, Android version, FloatOver version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or private notification content.
